The Carioca Hawaian cocktail was created by the Carioca Rum Company in 1942.
I picked out the recipe from the Beachbum Berry Remixed recipe book.
It’s a delicious cocktail that reminds me of a sour type drink.
Carioca Hawaiian
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 dash Angostura butters
- 1 1/2 oz. light rum
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
