- 1 1/2 oz. rum
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1/8 oz. creme de cacao (white)
- 1/8 oz. grenadine
Pour ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lime.
This is one of my favorite rum based cocktails. A little sweet with lots of rum and lime flavors. The creme de cacao adds a light chocolate note at the finish.
Pair this cocktail with your favorite maduro.
