Cuban Cocktail No. 1

    1/2 oz. Lime Juice 1/2 tsp. Superfine Sugar or Simple Syrup 2 oz. Light Rum Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. The lime juice dominated this cocktail. The mellowness of the rum came through as an aftertaste with a slight sweetness from the simple syrup.
